Process methodology within Lund University

One of the methods used by KIA Consultant is process methodology. It is a good method for gaining a comprehensive understanding and enabling development and improvement. We have an established methodology and provide support in facilitating and documenting process mapping work.

Advanced training in process methodology

For those who wish to delve deeper, we recommend the courses offered by Trivector Logiq.
