Quality dialogues

Quality dialogues are follow-up meetings between the university and faculty managements concerning first-, second- and third-cycle education.

The aim of the dialogues is to exchange information between University and faculty managements on quality matters, as well as to follow up on the results of the faculties’ own quality assurance work.

The dialogues are carried out annually. Quality dialogues or other types of follow up of quality assurance work are also carried out at faculty level. See the faculties’ quality assurance webpages.

Quality assurance work at the faculties

Prior to the dialogue meeting, the faculties will answer a number of questions from University Management in writing. In the meeting, the content is discussed from different perspectives. The students’ unions and doctoral students are given the opportunity to submit their own input for the dialogues.

Following the dialogues, a summary and analysis are carried out and reported to the Education Board and the Research Programmes Board.
