How to make purchases
Information about agreements can be found in our purchasing tool Lupin. If you are a Lupin user, you can log in as usual. If you do not have an account, you can log in by using the user name and password listed below.
Always use your account if you have one. If you are logged on to the general account, you cannot place orders.

Not an account owner?
Each department/unit decides who their Lupin users shall be. Speak with your manager or head of administration.
New Lupin user
Once you are registered as a Lupin user you will receive an envelope with a password. Log in as soon as possible after you have received the envelope. Follow the instructions in the letter.
How to use the University’s agreements
The agreements are binding and must be followed. The only occasion on which it is acceptable to go beyond agreements is if all agreement suppliers within an agreement area have declared themselves unable to deliver the required product or service.
Making use of an existing agreement also, in most cases, benefits you compared to conducting the procurement yourself. It saves you time, and the economic conditions may be more favourable.
What to do if there is no agreement
If there is no agreement you must calculate the value of the contract to determine which procurement procedure you should use. It is the contract value that determines whether to make a direct award of contract or a simplified or open procurement.
