Payment of salary

Your salary is usually paid out on the 25th of every month. You are responsible for providing your account details to the bank paying out the salaries, namely Swedbank.

Salary review 

A salary review is an overhaul of salaries. As an employer bound by collective agreements, Lund University has an obligation to conduct recurrent salary reviews.

Salary exchange

In accordance with the central collective agreements, public authority employees have the option to exchange their salary (salary exchange) for a payment by the employer of an agreed amount into an occupational pension. The salary exchange option extends to employees who are members of Saco-S or OFR/S as well as unaffiliated employees.

Identify yourself with BankId for personal information over the phone with SSC

As of 24/10 2023, if you call the National Government Service Center (SSC), you need to identify yourself with BankID to receive answers to personal information that, for example, concerns your payslip.

If you do not identify yourself, you will receive the answers to your questions in a case in the SSC Portal.
