Premier for the Coordinated Examination Service

A photo of the interior of the Annex.

On 1 March, the Coordinated Examination Service was launched with invigilators in the Annex. New employees will now work as coordinators and invigilators.

Since 1 March, the Coordinated Examination Service project has been responsible for staffing invigilators for the exams conducted in the Annex (MA8, MA9, MA10). A dozen or so new members of staff have been appointed as coordinators and invigilators. There is also an invigilator pool for handling staffing needs in the examination halls.

The launch has gone well and the procedures are now being fine-tuned to ensure that exam management runs smoothly for everyone involved.

The booking and scheduling of rooms for written examinations in the Annex is handled, as before, by the Room and Conference Booking Office. Each department/division that holds examinations in the Annex is responsible for submitting the examination and other material to the Coordinated Examination Service. Practical information with submission times etc is gathered in a Teams group. For access to this group and other questions please contact: tentamensservice [at] bygg [dot] lu [dot] se

The goal of the project to ensure the more efficient management of examinations across the whole University with university-wide guidelines for the examination halls.
