Identify yourself with BankId for personal information over the phone with SSC
As of 24 October, if you contact the National Government Service Centre (SSC) by phone to obtain personal information (such as your payslip), you will need to identify yourself with BankID.
If you do not want to identify yourself with BankID, you will receive answers to your questions via a case in the SSC Portal.
